I say it over and over but my favorite thrifty thing is our library! We go once a week and get dvds at our rural 2 room branch, and I go once a week to the neighboring town to get books and music. all for free! love it! also, freecycle has helped me to get rid of a lot of things in my life that were still useful(a piano, baby items) but that the goodwill wouldn't take. I've also gotten many good things myself - like our two new kittens! yours is adorable, by the way!
